GENERAL QUESTIONS


What Age Groups Do You Serve?

We welcome children starting from when they are walking, all the way through age 18.


My Child is Interested in Joining Gymnastics. Where Do I Start?

If your child has never done gymnastics before, or is still at a beginner level, we have Beginner Classes for children ages 3 - 14. If your child has previous gymnastics experience, we offer Intermediate and Advanced Classes as well as our Competitive Team Programs.


How Does Enrollment Work?

Our gymnastics programs are month to month - this means you can start/stop at any time. Tuition is due on the 22nd of the month prior (Ex. June tuition is due May 22nd).


How Does My Child Move Up?

Once your child has met all of the skill requirements for their current enrollment, their coaches will offer for them to advance to the next level.


How Many Students Are In Each Class?

The student to coach ratio depends on the class type and age. For example, our Beginner Classes have a maximum of 8 enrollments per class. For our Tots classes, we keep that number at 6 enrollments. This helps us provide each gymnast with the best coaching and gym experience possible.


What Should My Child Wear To Class?
A leotard or athletic clothes that allow freedom of movement are best. Please no jeans, zippers, buttons, or jewelry. Hair should be pulled back securely.


Can We Try a Class Before Signing Up?

Absolutely! We offer a free trial class for most of our programs. Just contact us to schedule your visit - we would love to have you!

REGISTRATION & POLICIES


How Do I Register?
All registration can be done online via our 
Parent Portal. Here, you will create an account, choose a class, and complete your enrollment and payment securely.


Do You Offer Sibling or Multi-Class Discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts for sibling enrollments and multiple classes per week. Please contact us so we can help get those discounts applied to your account.


What if My Child Misses a Class?

If your child is to miss a class for any reason, we are happy to provide you with two free Open Gym passes for each class missed. There is a limit to six passes per student every 8 eight weeks. Open Gym passes are valid for 6 months from the issued date and are transferable. If you would like to claim these, please stop by the front desk to request them. We do not offer any refunds or make up classes.


Do You Charge an Annual Registration Fee?

No, we do not charge a registration fee.


What is Your Refund or Cancellation Policy?

Once you enroll in a class, we assume continuous monthly enrollment unless we receive a written cancellation notice by the 20th of the month prior.

  • Cancellations received between the 21st and the last day of the month will receive a refund minus a $25 late cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received on or after the 1st of the month will not be eligible for a refund.

All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to info@lakecitytwisters.com.
