LA FOLLETTE CHEER TUMBLING CLINIC

We’re thrilled to welcome the La Follette High School Varsity Cheer Team to Lake City Twisters, for a special skills and tumbling clinic! This exclusive opportunity gives team members extra practice time to refine and elevate their technique with guidance from one of our experienced coaches — and La Follette alumni, Coach Samaria!

Athletes will have full access to our top-tier equipment, including our spring floor, tumble tracks, foam pit, and trampolines, as they focus on building safe, strong fundamentals. Training will include round offs, back handsprings, back tucks, layouts, and fulls, all with an emphasis on proper form and technique.
