In-House Team Program at
Lake City Twisters
Our In-House Program is the perfect introduction to competitive gymnastics in a fun, supportive, and low-pressure environment! Designed for girls ages 5 and up, this program helps gymnasts build confidence, master new skills, and gain valuable experience with routines and competitions without the pressure of competing against other gyms.

- Learn Competitive Routines - Gymnasts train and perform USAG Level 2 and Level 3 routines, building a solid foundation in competitive gymnastics skills
- Low-Pressure Competitions - In-House Meets are hosted right here at LCT, allowing gymnasts to gain confidence by competing against peers in their own gym, not against other gyms
- Build Confidence and Knowledge - this program helps gymnast decide if competitive gymnastics is the right path for them by giving them a taste of the team experience in a fun and encouraging setting

Our In-House Program is a great fit for gymnasts who are ready for a bit more structure, challenge, and commitment but aren't quite ready to jump into full team competition. Our In-House Program participation is by invitation only and based on skill level, coach evaluation, and positive behavior and attitude in class.
