Xcel Gymnastics Program at

Lake City Twisters

A Path to Competitive Excellence with Flexibility and Fun!

Our Xcel Program, offered through USA Gymnastics, is designed for athletes who love gymnastics and want the opportunity to compete in a more flexible and less time intensive environment than the traditional Junior Olympic levels.

At Lake City Twisters, we proudly offer four Xcel levels:

• Silver
• Gold
• Platinum
• Diamond

Each level builds on skill development, performance quality, and athlete confidence, while allowing for individualized routines and personal expression.

While Xcel is less intensive than JO, it still requires dedication, regular attendance, and a passion for the sport.
