Aubrie

Owner & Team Coach

I grew up in the gym with my mom, a former collegiate and club gymnastics coach, and I started attending practices with her at a young age. I was a gymnast myself and have been coaching for over 22 years. I have the goal of helping our LCT competitive gymnasts pursue their dream of NCAA gymnastics, and I absolutely love it! When I'm not in the gym, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two sons, riding our horses.

Alyssa

Team Coach & Xcel Program Director

I started gymnastics at the age of 3 and have loved it ever since. I began helping out at the gym while attending college at UW-Whitewater, but didn’t start coaching full-time until 2019. I love coaching all ages, including Compulsories, Xcel, Optional, and some Rec Classes. When I'm not in the gym, I enjoy being outdoors, staying active in sports, playing with my dog Oakley, and working on DIY projects.

As a former competitive gymnast, my very first job was where I felt the most at home, the gym! Although I stepped away after high school to pursue other paths, my heart never truly left gymnastics. I found my way back, and coaching has truly been one of the most fulfilling chapters of my life. I care deeply for each gymnast I work with and it brings me so much joy to watch them build confidence, overcome challenges, reach milestones, and just grow as human beings! When I am not at LCT, I am at home being crafty, baking, and wearing my favorite titles; wife and mom of four.

I have worked at the gym since 2017. I enjoy coaching gymnastics because I love seeing the gymnasts’ excitement when they gain a new skill and watching them improve throughout the years. I have been doing gymnastics since I was 2 years old, was a former Level 10 gymnast here at LCT, and competed in collegiate gymnastics for

UW-Whitewater. I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in May, 2025.

I have been a part of Lake City Twisters since I was 7 years old. I am a former Level 10 gymnast and graduated from La Follette High School in 2022. Outside of the gym, I love doing hair, makeup, and nails. I am very grateful for the opportunity to coach at LCT and absolutely adore watching the girls grow up in the gym and develop new skills. It makes my day to be greeted by all the little ones every time I walk through the doors.
