COMPULSORY CLINICS

For current Level 2 - Level 4 LCT Compulsories

We are excited to offer Bars and Beam Clinics for our Compulsory Gymnasts this summer! These clinics are designed to help gymnasts fine-tune the details of their routines and build confidence as we prepare for the upcoming season. These clinics will focus on the small but important elements of each routine to help your gymnast feel more polished and prepared. Gymnasts are highly encouraged to attend at least two of each clinic.


Cost: $25 per clinic

ADDITIONAL PRACTICES

For current Level 6 - Level 10 LCT Optionals and Xcel Gold, Platinum, and Diamonds

We are excited to offer Bars and Beam Tumbling Clinics to our Optional and Xcel gymnasts this summer! These clinics will help our gymnasts continue to build strength, confidence and skill! The Bar Clinics will focus on bar work, shaping, and conditioning while the Beam Tumbling Clinics will focus solely on beam acro skills, series, and drills.


Cost: $15 per clinic
